Sarah Sherry
Sarah Sherry has been passionate about working with children with specific learning disabilities since 2009. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2008 with a dual certification in Elementary Education and Special Education. She knew she wanted to work with students with learning disabilities such as Dyslexia, when she began teaching in a Resource classroom at a public school in Mesa, Arizona. She has worked with children ages 7-13 with a wide variety of learning/behavioral disabilities, and knows this is what she is meant to do. Sarah has been trained in the Wilson, Sonday, and Barton Reading Programs.
Sarah lives with her husband Dean, her puppy Charli, and her soon to be baby girl Brooklyn, in Tempe, Arizona. Her goal is to continue working with children to give them the confidence they need to confidently reach their life long goals. She will never stop fighting to give her students exactly what they need and deserve.
